KOH CHOON HUI

Chairman

Mr. Koh is the Chairman of SGX-listed REVEZ Corporation Ltd, Chubb Insurance Singapore Ltd., Meyzer Group, Celligenics Pte. Ltd. and Otsaw Digital Pte. Ltd., Transwap Holding Pte. Ltd. and is the Founding Chairman of i-Shine Cloud Ltd..

Mr. Koh established Roche Singapore and Roche Malaysia in 1973 as subsidiaries of the leading Swiss Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences group, Roche Holdings Ltd.. He led Roche Singapore from 1 January 1973 until his retirement from the company on 31 December 2012 as Chairman and Managing Director. He stepped down as Managing Director of Roche Malaysia in 1988.

Mr. Koh served as the President of the Singapore Association of Pharmaceutical Industries for a total of eight years and as a Council Member of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers’ Association from 1980 to 1982. Mr. Koh also served as a Board Member of the Singapore Totalisator Board (Tote Board) from 2004 to 2009. From 2006 to 2009, he was the Audit Chairman of the Tote Board group, which comprises the Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club. He was also Chairman of Singapore Pools from June 2013 to June 2021.

In addition, Mr. Koh nurtured several social-service agencies, beginning with the Singapore Children’s Society, where he remains as the Chairman to this day. His contributions have had nation-wide and long- term impact on the lives of many Singaporeans. For his contributions to the community, Mr Koh received many awards and accolades. The most notable ones were the National Day Awards of PBM, BBM and BBM(L) and the Meritorious Service Medal (PJG) and Distinguished Service Order (DUBC) for his decades of contribution to the social service sector and for nurturing future generations that were conferred on him in 1984, 1994, 2001, 2011 and 2020 respectively.

In 2017, he was awarded the top government award for volunteerism — the Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Award. Mr. Koh was appointed as Justice of the Peace in 1998, and as a Representative of the Government of Singapore’s ASEAN Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children in 2010. He was also appointed a member of the SG50 Steering Committee in 2013 and as the Co-Chairman of the Partnership Committee to organize Singapore’s Golden Anniversary Celebrations in 2015.

Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from the University of Manchester, with other secondary specializations in international business, real estate and computer engineering.

Julian is a veteran tech entrepreneur and lawyer. He has pioneered digital marketing technologies for luxury brands and premium clients and is best-known for founding Luxury-Insider.com in 2006 — the world’s first luxury focused portal.

  • Under Julian’s leadership, the company grew into an award-winning regional powerhouse that owned 7 websites, 4 mobile apps, 4 print magazines, and had offices in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. The business was awarded Best Online Luxury Media of the Year for 4 consecutive years and acquired by SPH in 2014.
  • With 20 years of technology and legal experience, Julian advises companies and investors on matters pertaining to digitalization and technology. Notably, he led the acquisition of a telecommunications infrastructure (fiber-optics) company in Cambodia by a Chinese investment group.


Julian graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is an alumni of Raffles Junior College and The Chinese High School.

Sze Yin has 18 years of professional experience covering audit and assurance services, listed companies (SGX), fund management companies, overseas funds (US GAAP) and emerging companies.

Kenny has over 30 years of experience in tax, financial services and investment banking.

  • A former Senior Regional Tax Manager at BP, Director (Structured Finance) at UOB Asia Ltd, Senior VP (Structured Finance) at Macquarie Investment Pte. Ltd., and Deputy Director at the IRAS.
  • Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
  • He is also an Independent Director of several major-listed companies.

Chik Han has more than 15 years of audit and assurance experience. During his career with a mid-tier accounting firm, he honed his accounting and auditing skills, and managed and audited many clients from a diversified industry sectors. In addition, he conducted internal trainings to audit staff.

  • Led and managed statutory audits of public listed companies across various industries, including manufacturing, security solutions, shipping, shipyard, IT and satellite communication services.
  • Led and managed financial due diligence reviews for public listed companies, MNCs and SMEs in connection with merger and acquisition exercise.
  • Led and managed internal controls reviews and provision of recommendations for public listed companies.
  • Led and managed overseas assignments include China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Practising Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Emily has over 30 years of experience in corporate secretarial work for company formations, liquidation, applications for work passes and visas for expatriates, as well as trust administration.

• She has previously worked with audit firms and well-established and reputable MNC fiduciary and trustee firms in Singapore.
• Emily holds a Practicing Certificate and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (“CSIS”), and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”).
